Welcome to PsycheCare Clinic ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, online booking system, and psychological services. PsycheCare provides outpatient psychological and counseling services including, but not limited to: individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, child and adolescent psychology, trauma-informed care, anxiety and depression treatment, and stress management.
Our services are provided by licensed psychologists and qualified mental health professionals. All practitioners hold valid state licenses and are members of recognized professional organizations.
Important: Our services do not constitute medical advice or diagnosis. We do not prescribe medications. If you require medication management, please consult a licensed psychiatrist or physician.

Cancellations can be made through your client portal, by calling our office, or by emailing us. We reserve the right to discontinue services to clients with repeated no-shows.
We will make every effort to contact you in advance if your practitioner is unavailable. In such cases, we will reschedule at no charge or provide a full refund.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and health savings accounts (HSA/FSA).
Session fees vary by practitioner and service type. Fees are displayed on our website and will be confirmed when booking. We strive to make services accessible and offer sliding scale fees for qualifying clients — please contact us to discuss.
Insurance: While we do not directly bill insurance, we can provide a superbill (detailed receipt) that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance about out-of-network mental health benefits.
